THE PROCESS
Step One
INQUIRING & BOOKING
After you inquire, we will reach back out within 24-48 hours to schedule a video call. (This is important because we want to give you our full, undivided attention.) Within that call we will get to know each other and uncover needs and wants, as well as answer any questions. We will provide the full pricing brochure and start tailoring to your needs. Once we've created your dream package, a 50% retainer and signed agreement is required to book.
Step Two
YOUR WEDDING ADVENTURE
Your wedding is a moment to be treasured, and Bondoc Productions is dedicated to enhancing that experience. Throughout your wedding day and the events surrounding it, we’ll capture the heartfelt moments, spontaneous adventures, and the details you might not have time to fully appreciate. Our goal is for you to watch your film and vividly recall every beautiful detail of your special day.
Step Three
RE-LIVING YOUR STORY
With the experience of shooting weddings and the founder being married himself, we understand the wait for your wedding film can be tough. Our number one priority is to deliver films of the highest quality, so the expectation is to receive your film within 6-8 weeks, delivered both digitally and via thumb drive. To satiate the wait, all packages include a 60 second trailer delivered digitally within 7 days of your wedding.

What resolution are films delivered in?
Bondoc Production films are provided in 4K resolution.
When will our films be delivered?
Turnaround time for a wedding teaser trailer is 7 days. Wedding highlight film is 6-8 weeks. If booking our documentary package, the full wedding documentary film will be delivered within 12 weeks.
Do we pay for travel?
We are based in Conway, Arkansas. We offer Domestic & International Travel Packages depending on your wedding location!
How is music selected?
We have licensed music from two sites: Audiio and MelodieMusic. Due to copyright reasons, we don't take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film.
How long are your wedding films?
Bondoc Productions include a 5 minute film with every base package. Every package can be custom tailored to your needs. We offer, 6-8 minute, and 9-12 minute upgrade packages. We also offer a full length wedding documentary that averages 90 minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
ASAP! Especially if your wedding is in prime wedding season (June - October) A lot of vendors get booked up pretty quick so the sooner the better.
What is your primary style of filming?
Cinematic/Documentary - having a lot of cool shots to put together definitely is fun and can be detrimental in a wedding film, but we also put a lot of energy in story telling and being able to live in the moment.
